Please note: our dried corn kernels are hard and firm. They are intended to ground into cornmeal, or be fully cooked until the kernels split open (see below for details). 

To achieve the perfectly tender and safe texture that allows the kernels to burst open, we recommend a traditional preparation: an 8-hour soak followed by at least 1 hour of boiling. This patient process not only ensures a pleasant eating experience but also fully releases the corn's nutrition and flavor.
