Green wave mustard is known for its spiciness. If it is eaten raw, it may be as hot as horseradish. This dark green brassica would grow up to three feet tall in 45 days. Fast-growth, pungent flavor, and handsome appearance, you would find all these merits in one single variety – the green wave mustard. Note: it is less spicy when cooked. Therefore, it is also excellent for Asian greens. It could be made into Chinese pickle (Suan Cai).
